Job Description
- proactively monitoring resourcing levels and staff distribution against engagement budgets and requests;
- executing the annual plan process, working closely with senior stakeholders;
- resolving and managing the process around shortfalls and planning clashes;
- creating and analyzing resourcing data and interpreting trends to support data-based decision making;
- managing incoming requests and making sure the Resourcing system is always up to date and data is accurate;
- working together on national level with focus on knowledge management and systems and reporting;
- pro-actively thinking along and advising about processes and systems.
You have experience with and understanding of an internal advisory role. You have the ability to challenge and use data to substantiate your decisions. At the same time, you are solution oriented and able to build relations on various levels. You have the confidence and resilience to work in a fast paced environment and never lose your client focus and service orientation. For the role of Resource Planner, you also have:
- an HBO degree or equal through experience;
- at least 4 years of relevant work experience;
- business acumen and understanding of the audit practice;
- strong analytical skills;
- an understanding of portfolio growth plans;
- great communication skills;
- strong excel skills;

The Resource Planner is a trusted advisor and analyst who provides balanced and pragmatic advice around planning and Resource Management. You ensure engagements are provided with the best teams by using balanced data-based decision making. You collaborate with your colleagues to solve the resourcing issues, taking the needs of the business and the professionals into consideration.
Having an analytical focus on data and processes, and finding it interesting and energizing to work with/in systems, is the key to success. By doing this you can influence your stakeholders and make a valuable contribution.
