What are you going to do?

As an Operations Executive, you collaborate with the Operations team on all activities and processes related to logistics and storage. You are instrumental in the contact between suppliers/clients, Logistic Service Providers (transporters, terminals, surveyors/labs) and your Connex colleagues, to keep the supply chain as efficient as possible. You will be our ears and eyes in the market, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Not only to service them smoothly, but also to reduce the costs of transportation, analysis, and storage. In this role, you contribute to the success and growth of Connex as a company. So, make sure to stay curious with a real go-getter mentality, and never forget to do it with a smile

Who you are

You are a creative and curious go-getter, always ready to explore. You see a challenge in processing and documenting all orders in our ERP system. You like to puzzle, structure and optimise. Naturally, you have a clear (over)view of all current affairs, all ordered transports, the ability to see beyond them, and the flexibility to change course if necessary and to work in a fast-paced environment. You are analytical and keep an eye on commercial value and ethics. You are a team player passionate about the Energy Transition. Of course, you inspire colleagues, clients and contacts alike using your best relationship-building skills.

• Education in Logistics or relevant working experience in a similar function
• Good IT skills, like Excel, Business Central (our ERP) and Office
• Knowledge of trade operations, supply chain, container/ISO logistics, and sustainability is appreciated
• Excellent in written and verbal English (and preferably another language)
