At Temper, we're looking for a motivated and proactive Client Success Intern (Sales) to support our team in ensuring that our clients are happy and grow over time through our platform.
You'll join a team of four, all of whom play a key role in driving Temper's commercial success. We work in a collaborative and informal environment where everyone's opinion is valued, and we move together toward our monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
As part of your development, we'll also invest in your commercial skills through regular sales training sessions.
The Challenge
- Ensure clients remain satisfied, stay with us and increase the number of hours they fill through our platform, by reaching out to them when we believe contact with us can make most impact.
- Help our clients to optimally use our platform, by collecting client feedback (e.g., on platform usage) through client conversations and platform data and translate this to journey based client communication and feedback for other teams within Temper.
- Work together with colleagues from the Client Success team and other teams, to optimize and implement the processes and tools we use to serve our clients as effective as possible.
- Focus on the smallest accounts within the client success portfolio, reduce churn and let them grow in the use of Temper.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Preferably study Hospitality Management, Business, International Business, or a similar field
- Have good social and communication skills.
- You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and help out with smaller day-to-day tasks when needed.
- Have curiosity and openness to learn new things.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch.
- Availability for 4 or 5 days a week for 6 months (or at least 5)
- Are officially registered as a member of an educational institution or a student for the complete duration of the internship.
