Job Summary

We are seeking a
People Operations Specialist
to provide HR support for employees and managers within an assigned region/country/function. This role focuses on delivering a positive employee experience by resolving queries and managing processes throughout the employee lifecycle—from hire to termination (excluding recruitment activities). You will play a key role in maintaining accurate HR administration and ensuring compliance with local employment laws, contributing to a strong People foundation for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer personnel policies and processes, including document management.
  • Ensure HR processes, procedures, and documentation comply with local employment laws.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities such as contract/offer management, absence tracking, and data changes.
  • Maintain and update global HR systems (e.g., Workday) and ensure data integrity through regular audits.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries, providing clear guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate payroll-related actions and audits within agreed timelines.
  • Support onboarding of new hires and People Operations team members.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (Advisory, Payroll, Recruitment) and external vendors.
  • Organize and support regional/country HR events and initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot issues by collaborating with stakeholders and optimizing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory training and company policies.
  • Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in People Operations or similar roles.
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred) and data processing in a customer-facing environment.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong computer proficiency (SAP, Workday, MS Office, Google Suite).
  • Basic knowledge of local labor laws preferred.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt, and work under pressure.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to see the bigger picture.

Additional Information

  • All tasks must be completed within defined SLAs and payroll deadlines.
  • Mandatory compliance training must be completed on time.
  • Role requires proactive problem-solving and process optimization.
