Job Description

Als Team Assistant ben jij de spil in de dagelijkse organisatie binnen Valuations. Je ondersteunt en coördineert uiteenlopende werkzaamheden, waarbij je je vooral richt op interne processen en een belangrijke schakel bent voor je collega's. Daarnaast heb je deels administratief contact met klanten, zoals het opvragen van informatie, plannen van afspraken en beantwoorden van praktische vragen.

Je zorgt voor een overzichtelijke en prettige werkomgeving door vergaderruimtes te reserveren en te onderhouden, banquetingaanvragen te verwerken en de postafhandeling te verzorgen. Je hebt oog voor wat nodig is en reageert snel op ad-hoc situaties. Dankzij jouw proactieve en servicegerichte houding ondersteun je het team optimaal en houd je de dagelijkse operatie soepel draaiende.

Qualifications

Wat vragen we van jou?

  • Minimaal 3 dagen per week beschikbaar bent (ongeveer 28–32 uur);
  • Communicatief sterk bent en vloeiend Nederlands én Engels spreekt;
  • Flexibel, enthousiast bent en goed overzicht kunt bewaren;
  • Leergierig en nieuwsgierig bent, en energie haalt uit samenwerken en organiseren.
