As an Asset Manager at TMC, you work on the management and maintenance of civil assets such as bridges, roads, sewer systems, quay walls, and public spaces. You assess the technical condition, risks, performance, and costs of assets and translate this into strategic and tactical management plans. You analyze inspection data, develop multi-year maintenance plans, perform risk analyses, and provide advice on maintenance measures, replacement investments, and sustainability. You work on projects for municipalities, provinces, or network operators—often in collaboration with managers, inspectors, engineers, and policy advisors. Asset management is pivotal in the challenge to keep our infrastructure safe, affordable, and future-proof. • A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering, Asset Management, Technical Business Administration, or a similar field.
• 0 to 5 years of experience in management, maintenance, or asset management of infrastructure or public spaces.
• You have an affinity for data analysis, risk-based management, and systems thinking.
• Familiarity with RAMS, RCM, LCC, or ISO 55000 is a plus.
• You work in a structured manner, think analytically, and communicate clearly.
• You enjoy connecting technical and policy-related issues.

• An indefinite employment contract.
• A gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €6,000, depending on experience and education.
• An individual profit-sharing scheme.
• An annual training budget of €2,200 to further develop yourself.
