GrowthMedics supports MedTech, IVD, and Healthcare manufacturers with international expansion through digital marketing, sales development, and B2B lead generation. We are strengthening our digital team with a hands-on marketer who can drive website performance, SEO/SEA, content, and outbound campaigns—while supporting our Digital Healthcare Services brand.

Role Overview

A medior marketer with strong execution experience in
SEO, content, website performance, outbound automation, and B2B digital growth
.

Develop and execute strategies to attract, engage, and convert business clients by blending 
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Content Marketing
, and a deep understanding of 
B2B sales cycles
, focusing on data-driven growth, generating high-quality leads, building authority, and optimizing the entire digital journey from initial search to conversion.

Core Purpose:

Drive digital visibility, generate qualified leads, and support the execution of GrowthMedics' digital marketing services. Crafting and executing strategies and KPI's that will drive growth and awareness for GrowthMedics in global markets reaching global lifescience companies with supporting their expansion.

Core Responsibilities

1. Website Performance, SEO & SEA (Primary Focus)

  • Own website optimization, UX updates, and technical improvements
  • Execute SEO: keyword research, on/off-page optimization, competitor insights, link-building
  • Manage SEA/Google Ads campaigns
  • Coordinate landing page development with programmers
  • Monitor rankings and performance via SEMrush

Goal:
Increase international visibility, leads and outperform competitors.

2. B2B Lead Generation, Nurturing & Outbound Automation (Primary Focus)

  • Create B2B outbound (email, socials, assets) content and workflows that drives new leads and nurtures existing leads through GTM tools such as Apollo, Hubspot and Clay
  • Build automation workflows for cold email and Linkedin Automation using GTM and AI tools (Apollo, Clay, Dripify, HubSpot)
  • Manage and build strategies to obtain lead lists
  • Test and optimize outbound messaging
  • Create, execute and manage lead nurturing newsletters and other campaigns in Hubspot
  • Track KPIs: open rates, replies, meetings, conversions

Goal:
Generate consistent qualified pipeline for GrowthMedics.

3. Content Development & Digital Assets

  • Write and Coordinate strategic B2B content: blogs, landing pages, newsletters, LinkedIn posts
  • Support design briefs for visuals and digital assets
  • Develop resources (case studies, guides, etc.)

Goal:
Strengthen brand authority and support inbound & nurture flows.

4. Support the Digital Healthcare Marketing Service Line

  • Support with client meetings and their European DM Execution
  • Contribute to SEO, SEA, content, and automations for clients
  • Help position and develop marketing strategies to grow the department
  • Develop sales, templates, processes, and workflows

Goal:
Support the roll-out and growth of our digital healthcare marketing services.

Requirements

  • Based within 45 minutes of Amsterdam region
  • Hybrid (2 days in the office)
  • 4–8 years experience in digital marketing (B2B required), preferably in healthcare
  • Strong and a track record SEO, SEA, WordPress, analytics
  • Strong, experienced with a proven track record in outbound automation, CRM and GTM tools (Hubspot, Apollo, Clay, Linkedin campaign tools)
  • Skilled in content creation, writing and funnel optimization
  • Analytical mindset, proactive, strong executioner
  • Comfortable working independently in a small entrepreneurial team
