A leading digital consumer brand is looking for an
Interim Base Marketer
to strengthen customer retention through targeted, data-driven communication.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing all commercial customer communication via
email and online customer platforms
. With a strong affinity for data and customer insight, you ensure the right message reaches the right customer at the right time.

This is a
hands-on role
with a strong operational focus, combined with tactical responsibility for analysing customer behaviour and continuously improving campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, implement and optimise email campaigns (testing & maintenance)
  • Develop and execute customer retention campaigns
  • Identify and refine customer segments based on data analysis and insights
  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign results
  • Optimise existing campaigns using performance data
  • Automate email journeys and communication flows
  • Collaborate closely with sales and data specialists

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's level education in Marketing or a commercial field
  • Hands-on, proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills
  • Experience communicating with large customer bases
  • Proven experience with email campaigns and data-driven marketing
  • Experience with campaign tools (e.g. DeployTeq)
  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g. QuickSight)

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle commerciële klantcommunicatie via
e-mail en online klantomgevingen
. Met heldere, klantgerichte messaging en slimme inzet van data zorg je dat de juiste boodschap op het juiste moment bij de juiste klant terechtkomt.

De rol is voornamelijk
operationeel
, maar bevat ook een tactisch element waarbij je continu onderzoekt wat klanten motiveert en deze inzichten vertaalt naar betere campagnes.

Werkzaamheden

  • Implementeren, optimaliseren (testen) en onderhouden van campagnes
  • Identificeren en verfijnen van klantsegmenten op basis van data-analyse
  • Opzetten en uitwerken van e-mailcampagnes
  • Monitoren en analyseren van campagneresultaten
  • Optimaliseren van bestaande campagnes op basis van performance data
  • Automatiseren van e-mailflows en klantcommunicatie
  • Samenwerken met sales- en dataspecialisten

Eisen

  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau in marketing of commerciële richting
  • Resultaatgericht, secuur, hands-on en proactief
  • Sterke communicatie- en schrijfvaardigheden
  • Ervaring met communicatie richting grote klantgroepen
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met (e-mail)campagnes en datagedreven werken
