We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to join our team, supporting organizations in effectively managing their globally mobile employees. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor, helping multinational companies navigate the complexities of cross-border employment, compliance, and workforce planning.

As a Senior Tax Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing a challenging, evolving and varied client portfolio, with excellent opportunities to develop further opportunities with the support of Partners and other mentors. 

• Coach team members and drive the team to make a difference and deliver results in a responsible, authentic and passionate manner.

• Have an active role in training our junior and senior staff members and promoting our learning culture.

• Bring business knowledge, innovation and insight to create value for clients and the firm.

• Embrace the digital transformation being undertaken in our business. Digital innovation is a key part of our Vialto Partners Global Mobility business and we challenge ourselves to embrace and leverage technology in how we provide solutions and advice to clients.

• Set the tone in promoting risk management and compliance procedures.

• Operate and collaborate effectively with a mindset that transcends geographic and cultural boundaries.

• Work on attracting, developing and retaining the best talents for the business.

• Direct and drive the success of multiple engagements.

• Responsibility for managing within budgetary and time constraints while consistently delivering a strong level of client satisfaction.

• have a master's degree in Fiscal economics or Fiscal law

• have a minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience 

• are fluent in Dutch and English in speaking and writing 

• are accurate, have a critical mindset, good writing skills and a practical and hands-on attitude 

• enjoy working in a team but are also comfortable working independently

• have strong communication skills, are client oriented and business minded, have a hands-on attitude, are critical minded, stress resistant, a team player and take responsibility for your and others' development
