Senior Information Technology (IT) Process Analyst
— a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who's passionate about optimizing systems, driving innovation, and delivering enterprise-wide impact.

In this role, you'll bridge strategy and execution — partnering with architects, developers, and business leaders to design scalable, efficient, and future-ready IT solutions. From process design to project execution, your expertise will help shape the backbone of our digital ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Drive Enterprise Strategy: Define and evolve solution architectures that align with business goals, enterprise technology standards, and governance frameworks.
• Shape End-to-End Solutions: Design and oversee integrated architectures across applications, platforms, and services — ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with business, development, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into technical designs, identify system interfaces, and ensure seamless system integration with enterprise-wide consistency.
• Champion Technical Excellence: Establish and enforce architectural principles, patterns, and best practices that enhance solution quality and maintainability.
• Mentor & Inspire: Guide teams, share architectural knowledge, and foster innovation through leadership and collaboration.

What You Bring

• Architectural & Technical Leadership: Proven ability to design and govern end-to-end solution architectures across complex, integrated environments, ensuring seamless interoperability of systems, APIs, and data flows while guiding development teams and enforcing design standards.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technical decisions with business objectives, balancing scalability, performance, and cost.
• Risk & Compliance Awareness: Skilled in identifying technical risks early and ensuring adherence to security, regulatory, and performance requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language for diverse audiences.
• Technology Evaluation: Experience assessing emerging technologies and recommending optimal tools, platforms, and frameworks.
• Documentation Discipline: Competence in maintaining architecture diagrams, integration blueprints, and technical guidelines for governance and clarity.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Adept at troubleshooting complex issues and proposing innovative, sustainable solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills - you know how to make complex ideas clear and compelling.

• Certification or familiarity with

• TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), GCP or Azure Certified Solutions Architect

• Proven leadership that inspires teamwork, accountability, and results.
