Being part of MHP SE, the company is focused on efficiency, innovations, readiness to meet growing demand and flexibility in response to market demands and changes.

Functional Responsibilities :

Customer Care :

  • Act as a primary point of contact for company's customers when it comes to customer care (focus on French speaking markets)
  • Establish trustworthy and professional relationships with the customer and the sales team.
  • Participate in occasional customer visits.
  • Support customers by providing updates on order deliveries, documentation and product availability.
  • Daily coordination with sales (Customer Business Development managers), import and logistics teams with respective needs to support customers.
  • Manage sales order process in SAP and CRM, which consists of but not limited to the following steps: receive customer's PO and further process it in CRM and SAP, timely notify the 3PL to reach OTIF target of 100%.
  • Support the customers with claims by providing updates, advising on requirements etc.
  • Controlling timely deliveries of goods to customers according to the delivery schedule.

KPIs :

Order Book : 100% quotations processed which are not on Credit block or awaiting product within 24h(monitored weekly).

Invoicing and Account Receivables

  • Control of timely issuing invoices (PGI) according to the delivery schedule and actual deliveries.
  • Pro-actively request SC credit block release with SAP credit control team.

SAP & CRM

  • Support the Sales Team in process of creating Sales Contracts in CRM
  • Manage the order to cash process in SAP
