What makes the role so great?
As a Gifts Coordinator, you'll be working closely with the Gifts team, directly reporting to the People & Office Manager in Amsterdam. This role is ideal for a motivated student eager to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation for their future.
What will you do?
Support the Gifts team with printing, packing, and sending out our daily gifts
Look out for mistakes and fix them so that our gifts arrive looking beautiful
Support with other office tasks, including recycling and organisation of stock
What will you bring?
Residency in The Netherlands
Excellent skills w.r.t. communication, problem-solving, time management, attention to detail, and organisation
Availability to work on weekdays, Saturdays and holidays, including Christmas
Commitment to work with us for at least 1 year

Detail-oriented: Printing continuity, checking for errors and ensuring our gifts reach the right people
A creative-minded person, open to sharing ideas
Flexibility to be called into the office at short notice
Student in your first or second year of University, Bachelor-level education

This is a part-time job based in Amsterdam (fully on-site due to office responsibilities) and is available as soon as possible.
