We are a growing brand with 11 stores, a successful webshop, and 2 warehouses with offices. On- and offline we sell clothing, jewelry, accessories, interior items such as furniture, lighting, decorations, gifts, and much more All items are carefully designed, produced, and sourced—everything has passed through our hands, been selected, and checked for our customers.

About the role of Warehouse Coordinator (interior)

In this role, you are actively involved in daily operations and lead the team and activities. Every morning begins with a start-up session where you instruct the team for the day and create a plan for the tasks. You participate operationally and are the point of contact for the team throughout the day for questions or special issues.

We receive goods, which can be large shipments that you are aware of and where you've made space in the warehouse. There are also daily small deliveries and returns.

Of course, many products leave the warehouse too In your role, with your team, you are responsible for replenishing our stores and, not least, the customer purchases on our webshop. This is a major part of the work, and our pickers and packers handle each order with care.

If something goes wrong, you have someone within your team who handles customer service—you're a key link in this process

You report to our warehouse manager, with whom you stay in contact several times a day, both by phone and in person for meetings.

About you

  • You are hands-on and can easily switch between operations and planning;
  • You are socially strong; we have a diverse team of employees, and you know how to motivate and appreciate everyone;
  • You have experience in a similar role, managing a team and being familiar with warehouse or stockroom operations
  • You are resilient under stress and know how to guide your team during busy times;
  • You work operationally on the work floor so you understand all processes and can improve them if needed;
  • You hold a B driving license, as we have another warehouse, and we often need to go back and forth;
  • You live in the Amsterdam area, this is a hard request
