Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Amsterdam headquarters. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring that leads are created and targets are met. This role includes identifying new business opportunities, leading pitches, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs while maintaining customer satisfaction. Focus will be on grocery retail, but geographical region(s) are open to discuss.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Strategic planning and client relationship management experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills
  • Understanding of marketing principles and market analysis
  • Capability to collaborate within a diverse and creative cross-functional team
  • Proven experience in sales or account management within a relevant field (retail loyalty, grocery retail sales, brand licensing, toys industry, etc)
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a big plus
  • Flexible and open to working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory
