Project Director (Social/GenAI/Creative Production)

Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid)

Employment: 12-month FTC with view to extend


We're looking for a Project Director to lead social-first, AI-powered creative campaigns for a global FMCG client. This is a unique opportunity to combine deep social marketing expertise with cutting-edge Generative AI solutions, transforming how iconic brands connect with consumers.

What You'll Do
  • Drive multi-market social and e-commerce campaigns using GenAI tools.
  • Manage complex projects blending traditional workflows with AI production.
  • Ensure quality, efficiency, and innovation in all deliverables.


Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

  • Partner with social team to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Manage stakeholders and prioritize market needs across multiple regions.
  • Lead multi-channel projects, ensuring alignment between creative, strategy, and production teams.
  • Implement best practices in project management, resource allocation, and timelines.

Innovation & Workflow Optimization

  • Oversee integration of new technologies, including GenAI, into creative workflows.
  • Coordinate between traditional and tech-enabled production streams for seamless delivery.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance for all assets.

Planning & Execution

  • Develop comprehensive project plans across markets.
  • Manage scope, timelines, and budgets effectively.
  • Identify risks and drive continuous process improvement.

Team Management

  • Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • Foster collaboration and support capability building within the team.


Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of GenAI capabilities and limitations.
  • Experience with creative production workflows.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems and compliance processes.
