Role Description

We are seeking a part-time Sales Director to lead Evka's commercial growth across the Dutch and EU markets. This role is ideal for a senior sales professional who enjoys autonomy, early-stage environments, and building long-term client relationships. You will shape Evka's sales engine from the ground up and work closely with the founders to refine positioning, pricing, and client engagement strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Evka's outbound sales strategy and market expansion.
  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing.
  • Identify new verticals and partnership opportunities.
  • Develop a repeatable sales process for scaling.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Represent Evka in meetings, pitches, and networking environments.

Requirements


• Several years of B2B sales experience in tech, software, or digital services.


• Demonstrated ability to close service contracts with SMEs or startups.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.


• Understanding of software development or digital consultancy services.


• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of ownership.


• Fluency in English; Dutch is a strong advantage.

Compensation and Incentives

We offer a competitive part-time director arrangement with long-term incentives aligned to performance and contribution. The compensation package includes:

  • A base director fee
  • Long-term upside(equity)
  • Performance-based commissions, structured to reward growth, stability, and leadership impact.
