As a Technical Manager at TMC, you work at the forefront of civil engineering, engaging in a wide range of projects in the North Brabant region and South Netherlands. You are responsible for the technical management of projects within the contracting sector and consultancy and engineering firms. You oversee technical quality, budgets, and planning, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to make civil engineering projects successful. From infrastructure works to water management and urban development, you play a key role throughout the entire process. You act as the link between technical execution and management, creatively improving processes and managing risks in an innovative manner.

• A completed HBO or WO degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within civil engineering, preferably in both contracting and consultancy/engineering firms.
• Strong communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
• Excellent organizational skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• A natural leader who knows how to motivate teams and translate technical insights into concrete actions.
• Experience with project management methodologies and stakeholder management in complex projects.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, as well as current developments within civil engineering.

You work for various clients in civil engineering, while enjoying the security of a permanent employment contract with TMC. This means you will work on diverse projects for consultancy and engineering firms, contractors, and government institutions, with a strong focus on your growth and development.

• An attractive salary between €3,000 and €7,000 gross per month, depending on experience and skill level.
