Onze opdrachtgever, gevestigd aan het Museumplein, is een jonge snelgroeiende vastgoed-investerings- en assetmanagementorganisatie die zich richt op lange-termijn waardecreatie, met een flexibele investeringsaanpak en ruimte voor ondernemerschap.

Jouw rol

Als (Junior) Investment / Asset Management Professional werk je mee aan zowel nieuwe investeringen als het strategisch en operationeel management van onze bestaande portefeuille. Je hebt een brede, impactvolle rol waarin je nauw samenwerkt met partners en externe stakeholders.

Kernactiviteiten

  • Uitwerken van financiële modellen voor investerings- en desinvesteringsvoorstellen.
  • Opstellen van rapportages, analyses en presentatiemateriaal voor interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Meewerken aan het strategisch en operationeel asset management van de vastgoedportefeuille.

Ondersteunende activiteiten

  • Ondersteunen bij acquisitie- en dispositietrajecten.
  • Portfoliobeheer: opstellen en beoordelen van de portefeuille en periodieke rapportages.
  • Analyseren van vastgoedvoorstellen (macro & micro) en uitvoeren van hold/sell-analyses.
  • Opstellen van prognoses van CRE-jaarrekeningen en beoordelen van waarderingsmodellen en rendementsberekeningen.
  • Coördineren van Due Diligence-trajecten.
  • Bijhouden van databases met investerings- en ontwikkelkansen.
  • Opstellen en bewaken van planningen en budgetten.
  • Ad-hoc beantwoorden van vragen en tijdig aanleveren van relevante informatie aan partners.

Dit wordt er gevraagd

  • Afgeronde opleiding op HBO+ of academisch niveau.
  • 1–5 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur bij een belegger, asset manager, vastgoedadviseur, investment manager of private-equitypartij.
  • Sterke analytische en financiële vaardigheden, inclusief ervaring met het modelleren van investeringsvoorstellen.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Excel en PowerPoint.
  • Zeer goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal.
