Ben jij een digitale pionier met een passie voor gebruiksvriendelijke websites en persoonlijke online omgevingen? Als Product Owner Website & MijnHC ben jij dé drijvende kracht achter de doorontwikkeling van en MijnHC. Jij vertaalt de wensen van onze gasten, marketing en operatie naar slimme digitale oplossingen die écht het verschil maken.
DIT GA JE DOEN**
Samen met designers, developers en marketeers werk je aan een optimale digitale gastreis. En dat doe je niet alleen binnen je eigen domein: je kijkt over grenzen heen en werkt samen met andere agile teams aan de digitalisering van onze totale gastbeleving. Daarnaast:

  • Je ontwikkelt samen met stakeholders een heldere productvisie en stelt prioriteiten;
  • Je vertaalt deze visie naar een roadmap en beheert de productbacklog;
  • Je realiseert nieuwe features in samenwerking met jouw multidisciplinair team;
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, performance en gebruiksvriendelijkheid van en MijnHC;
  • Je zorgt voor een strakke planning en het behalen van deadlines;
  • Je analyseert data en gastfeedback om continu te verbeteren.

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €4.100 en €7.500, afhankelijk van je ervaring;
  • 27,5 vakantiedagen (o.b.v. fulltime), plus 13 extra dagen bij een 40-urige werkweek;
  • 8,3% vakantiegeld;
  • Flexibele werktijden en hybride werken: deels op kantoor in Hoofddorp, deels vanuit huis;
  • Een telefoonvergoeding en een bijdrage voor een fijne thuiswerkplek;
  • Een enthousiast team dat staat te popelen om met jou samen te werken.

DIT BEN JIJ
Jij bent een enthousiaste en leergierige collega. Stakeholder management haal jij energie uit en je weet op verschillende niveaus met collega's samen te werken. Daarnaast heb jij:

  • Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring waarvan minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Product Owner of in een vergelijkbare rol, bij voorkeur met websites, portals of e-commerce;
  • Kennis van agile/scrum en het vermogen om je team te inspireren en richting te geven;
  • Een scherpe blik op data, financiën én gevoel voor gastbeleving;
  • Ervaring met CMS-systemen (zoals Storyblok), webtechnologie en (marketing)analytics;
  • Ervaring met "Mijn" omgevingen;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om belangen goed af te stemmen.
