You are an experienced QA professional with a strong background in test automation and a passion for building scalable frameworks. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy mentoring others while ensuring high-quality standards in complex solutions.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
- Design and implement a test automation framework from scratch using Python and Databricks
- Develop a data-driven testing strategy tailored to business rule models
- Create reusable components to ensure maintainability and scalability
- Mentor and guide QA engineers to improve testing practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing with project goals
AN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BE
- Proven hands-on experience with Python for test automation
- Strong knowledge of Databricks in a testing context
- Expertise in building test frameworks from the ground up
- Experience in coaching or mentoring QA professionals
- Solid understanding of functional testing principles and modular test design
