ATS Global, a worldwide leader in industrial automation and IT solutions, is looking for a
New Business Developer
with the drive and vision to grow our presence in the
Benelux
market. This is your chance to lead business expansion, build powerful client relationships, and shape the future of digital transformation in industry.

What You'll Do

  • Spearhead business development in the Benelux industrial automation and IT sectors.
  • Apply the
    Challenger Sales
    methodology to engage and convert high-value prospects.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through networking, strategic prospecting, and market analysis.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that drive profitable growth.
  • Represent ATS Global at industry events, building brand visibility and credibility.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, delivery, and support teams to maximize
    Customer Success.

What Success Looks Like

  • New logos acquired and profitable sales order intake.
  • Short sales cycles with high conversion ratios.
  • Strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting in CRM.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Commercial Economy, or similar — or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in senior or mid-management
    field sales
    in industrial automation, IT, or related industries.
  • Deep knowledge of the Benelux market, its key players, competitors, and industry standards.
  • Strong Challenger Sales skills and ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • CRM expertise and data-driven sales approach.
  • Fluent in
    Dutch
    and
    English
    (French is a plus).

How You'll Work

  • Based in the
    Rotterdam region
    (Poortugaal office).
  • Travel across the Benelux ~80% of your time.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed.
