Miniso Nederland is een snelgroeiende retailer met een uitgebreid winkelnetwerk en een dynamische internationale supply chain. Wij zoeken een Executive Logistics & Buying Assistant die de CEO ondersteunt in de dagelijkse operatie en een cruciale schakel vormt tussen inkoop, logistiek, administratie en voorraadbeheer. Een rol voor iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag samen resultaten boekt.

Jouw rol
Als Executive Logistics & Buying Assistant ben jij de rechterhand van de CEO en zorg je dat alles achter de schermen soepel loopt. Je werkt nauw samen met onze leveranciers, met het distributiecentrum, de winkels en het kantoor. Je schakelt snel, ziet verbanden en houdt overzicht. Jij bepaalt mede wat belangrijk is en wat kan wachten en zorgt dat acties worden uitgevoerd.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
Logistiek en import

  • Verzorgen van de importadministratie inclusief hs codes en douane gerelateerde verplichtingen
  • Coördinatie van zendingen en communicatie met het distributiecentrum
  • Controleren van paklijsten en verzenddocumenten

Inkoop en analyse

  • Voorbereiden en beheren van inkooporders in Excel
  • Product en leverancier analyse uitvoeren
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers in China inclusief productie planning en lever performance
  • Kosten en marges inzichtelijk maken en optimalisaties voorstellen

Voorraad management

  • Ondersteunen bij voorraadplanning en het bewaken van winkelvoorraden
  • Maken van replenishment orders van distributiecentrum naar winkels
  • Signaleren van voorraad risico's en verbeterkansen

Management ondersteuning

  • Beheren van de inbox van de CEO en prioriteiten bepalen
  • Notuleren en opvolgen van actiepunten
  • Ondersteunen bij diverse ad hoc projecten

Wie ben jij

  • HBO werk en denkniveau
  • Minimaal drie jaar relevante werkervaring in retail, inkoop of supply chain
  • Uitstekende Excel skills en analytisch sterk
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
  • Communicatief vaardig en professioneel in contact met internationale partners
  • Je denkt vooruit, houdt van structuur en je krijgt energie van verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en kunt schakelen in een omgeving die nooit stil staat
