As the Facilities Manager, you will oversee and maintain our client's offices across multiple countries, including France, Benelux, and other regions as the company expands. You will ensure these offices are compliant and well-managed, maintaining them in optimal condition, and serve as the key point of contact for all infrastructure-related matters. Ontdek het hieronder en klik op solliciteren om in aanmerking te komen.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular site visits to ensure offices are in good condition and meet company standardsAct as the primary point of contact for any issues related to office facilities, including maintenance, compliance, and incidentsManage relationships with property owners, service providers, and vendors (electricity, heating, maintenance, etc.), including negotiating and renewing contracts as neededEnsure compliance with local regulations and administrative requirements regarding corporate real estate and safetyMonitor contracts related to new office acquisitionsOversee necessary renovation or compliance work at new office locationsPropose improvements to optimize workspaces and enhance employee comfortProfile RequirementsMinimum of 4 years' experience in facilities management or multi-site operationsLanguage proficiency: Fluent in French and English, with a willingness to undertake further language trainingCapability to manage multiple projects concurrently across international locationsFrequent travel required to Belgium, France, and future locations in other countriesStrong negotiation skills and experience in vendor managementAbility to multitask and proactively solve problemsHighly organized with excellent coordination skillsSolid understanding of corporate real estate regulations and legal complianceWhat is offered?A competitive salary based on experienceFully onsite work (with travel to various facilities throughout Europe; approximately 1-2 times a month)A thirteenth monthExtra-legal holidays (ADV/ATV)Pension contributionTravel reimbursement coverage (0,23 per km to the office in Breda and further coverage for travel to other offices)An international and opened workplaceFirst contract with UndutchablesApplication ProcedureIf you are interested in this vacancy, you can apply by clicking on the button above.
