We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Facilities Manager to join our team.

Job description:

As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company's offices across multiple countries (France, Benelux, and other regions depending on expansion). You will ensure the offices are complying and well-managed, maintaining them in optimal condition, and act as the key point of contact for all infrastructure-related matters. This position is based in our office in Breda, in the Netherlands, but requires frequent travels to our other locations.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct regular site visits to ensure the offices are in good condition and comply with company standards.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for any issues related to office facilities (maintenance, compliance, incidents).

· Manage relationships with property owners, service providers, and vendors (electricity, heating, maintenance, etc.), including negotiating and renewing contracts when required.

· Ensure compliance with local regulations and administrative requirements regarding corporate real estate and safety.

· Monitor contracts related to new office acquisitions.

· Oversee any necessary renovation or compliance work at new office locations.

· Propose improvements to optimize workspaces and employee comfort.

Profile:

· Experiences in facilities management, or multi-site operations.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across international locations.

· Required travel: frequent trips across Belgium, France, and future location in other countries.

· Languages required: French and English, (Dutch and Spanish are a plus).

· Strong negotiation skills and vendor management.

· Ability to multi-task and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.

· Good knowledge of corporate real estate regulations and legal compliance.

· Good coordination and organisation.
