Do you have the entrepreneurial mindset to develop new business, build lasting relationships, and shape the future of sustainable mobility?At Siemens eMobility, we're looking for a self-driven Business Development Manager with solid experience in the eMobility sector — someone who actively identifies opportunities, drives results, and takes full ownership of their portfolio from first contact to project handover.Your MissionDevelop new business and expand Siemens eMobility's market presence.Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.Collaborate with Product Development to create winning propositions.Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and manage risks.Lead tenders and negotiations for optimal results.Ensure smooth project transitions from Sales to Project Management.What You BringBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical field.8+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, with a proven track record of achieving results.In-depth experience in the eMobility charging infrastructure sector (required).Established network within the bus and truck industry (a strong plus).Self-starter with a high sense of ownership, structured approach, and goal-oriented mindset.Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.Solid understanding of renewable energy policies, incentives, and business models.Fluent in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is an advantage.About Siemens eMobilityWe don't just build chargers — we engineer the backbone of tomorrow's electric transport.
