We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Head of Marketing to lead our B2B marketing efforts from our headquarters in Eindhoven, Netherlands. This role is ideal for a senior marketing leader who thrives in high‐impact environments and wants to shape brand presence, drive growth, and build world‐class marketing operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives Collaborate with business development, product, and sales teams to support go‐to‐market strategies Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to shape positioning and messaging Corporate Communications Oversee internal and external communications strategy, including media relations, thought leadership, and stakeholder messaging Ensure consistency and clarity in corporate narrative across all platforms Act as brand guardian for all communications, both local and international Brand Development Define and evolve the company's brand identity, ensuring alignment across regions and business units Lead brand positioning initiatives that support long‐term value creation and reputation management Event & Field Marketing Plan and oversee participation in industry events, trade shows, conferences, and field marketing campaigns Manage event strategy to generate high‐quality leads and increase brand visibility in key markets Collaborate with sales to ensure alignment between event presence and pipeline goals Business Development Support Create high‐impact campaigns to support business development and customer acquisition Work closely with commercial teams to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates Design integrated marketing programs that nurture long sales cycles typical of B2B markets Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field Minimum 7–10 years of experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in international B2B environments Proven track record in corporate communications, brand development, and demand generation Strong understanding of field marketing, lead nurturing, and complex customer journeys Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus Experience with CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools Leadership presence, strategic thinking, and ability to influence at all levels of the organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
