Do you want to play a key role in accelerating the energy transition? RIFT is a start-up currently operating two Industrial Pilot Systems in Arnhem and Helmond. As we prepare for our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to take our team and projects to the next level.As a Technical Project Manager at RIFT, you will be the driving force behind our EPC projects. You will be responsible for setting clear project goals, monitoring budgets, and ensuring delivery within the agreed timeframes and quality standards. Through your leadership, you will motivate the team and handle both technical and process-related challenges clearly and efficiently. With your experience in FEED and EPC projects, you will guide our relatively inexperienced project team in shaping our processes. You think outside the box, make decisive choices, and ensure everyone knows what is expected of them. You will also actively contribute to developing best practices within the company, always with a keen eye for risks and opportunities.What you will do as a Technical Project Manager Lead and manage EPC projects, including deliverable planning, risk management, and budget control.Develop and oversee detailed project plans, including feasibility studies (FEED/FEL) at the early stages.Coordinate with project developers and engineering teams to create conceptual designs, ensuring financial and operational feasibility before major investments.Actively identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.Waarom jij het verschil maakt? Hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement binnen de procesindustrie, met een sterke focus op FEED en EPC-projecten.Bent ervaren met het uitbesteden van FEED- en EPC-trajecten aan ingenieursbureaus.Toont sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en hebt de capaciteit om een team te motiveren en te sturen.Hebt uitstekende probleemoplossende vaardigheden, met een no-nonsense, can-do mentaliteit.Kunt uit de voeten met verschillende projectmanagementtools.Communiceert helder en vloeiend in zowel Nederlands als Engels.Hebt een afgeronde bachelor- of masteropleiding in engineering of een gerelateerd vakgebied.Waarom RIFT?
