We offer consultancy services to high-profile clients globally in diverse service areas, such as: Technology & Engineering Energy & Renewables Life sciences & Pharma Digital & IT About this vacancy As a Project Manager R&D, you are responsible to lead a R&D project and team throughout the V-cycle, from concept design to Release for Volume. You translate the client specification into a clear project scope, mitigate risks in an early stage, define a project plan & budget and execute it. You challenge your team on design for excellence (DFC/DFM/DFA). Throughout the project, you're in control and keep all stakeholders informed about the progress. Our Clients operate in sectors such as semiconductors, complex machine building, automotive, healthcare, and aerospace.What we expect from you Education: bachelor's or master's in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a related field;At least 5 years of relevant work experience as an integral project manager in multidisciplinary complex projects (both development and manufacturing). Ideally, you are PMP, PMI, IPMA or similar certified;Experience with transfer of complex high-end equipment and supplier management is a strong pré;Strong in communication & organizational skills and poses strong leadership (confident, persuasive, proactive, team builder, entrepreneurial);You have a good command of Dutch (and English); This position requires communication with Dutch speaking customers.Due to the nature of the role and the recruitment timeline, we are unable to facilitate visa or work permit procedures.What you can expect from us Challenge and variety: together, we will search for your first assignment and client, allowing you to explore new and challenging techniques, processes, and people;Security: with a permanent contract at TMC, you will work for various clients that you choose yourself;Personal development: an experienced coach and a diverse range of training options are available to help you develop into the best version of yourself;Professional development: a team of experienced NPI professionals, several training courses and your personal Business Manager will help you further optimize your 'market value';Fun & team: we offer interactive workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions and social events to our team of approximately 40 NPI professionals.
