In a nutshell
The Pricing Manager Savings is responsible for developing and maintaining Knab's savings products and services. This includes developing and implementing the interest rate savings strategy, monitoring customer behavior when it comes to their flow of (savings) money, and responding to customer needs. You will also work closely with the business and finance teams to ensure that Knab's savings products are aligned with the company's goals.

The team  
The Pricing Manager Savings will be a key member of the Knab team and will play a vital role in ensuring the success of the company. You will be part of our Financial Freedom team. A mature, coordinated and result-oriented team consisting of a Product Owner, Business Analysts, Developers, Customer Journey Experts, Functional Managers and a commercial team ready for commercial campaigns. The Pricing Manager Savings will report to the Domain Lead savings and Investments.

Your Profile
 The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the economic environment and how it affects liquidity management. They will be able to use data analytics to develop and implement effective liquidity forecasting models. They will also be able to work effectively with the business and finance teams to ensure that Knab's savings products are aligned with the company's goals.

Responsibilities:

Be the owner of the savings forecast models for the Knab's savings products; Develop and implement the interest rate savings strategy for Knab; Monitor customer behavior on in and outflow of money and respond to customer needs; Work with the business and finance teams to ensure that Knab's savings products are aligned with the company's goals; Prepare and steer key decisions regarding the savings pricing strategy; Represent Knab to external stakeholders; Drive the change agenda for new products and services and align with stakeholders to achieve feasible plannings; Drives key decisions on pricing via membership of pricing committee.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in economics, finance, or a related field; 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry; Strong understanding of data analytics and forecasting; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Structured and able to plan their work as well as manage stakeholders; Demonstrates Knab's core values: open, positive, human and entrepreneurial; Some familiarity with IT Development and configuration of savings accounts at Thaler/Ohpen/Mambu is a plus; Excellent command of written and spoken English; Fluent in Dutch is a plus.
