Do you get energy from networking and know how to find the best candidates, matching our family business. From production employee to order picker, you always find the perfect match. Are you the multilingual recruiter looking for a challenge?

As a recruiter, you are the specialist responsible for the recruitment and selection process: from first contact to meeting at the office. In Eastern Europe, you know how to find, reach and connect the right candidates. You know how to bring vacancies to the attention of the right target group. Most of your time will be spent in the office, but you will also visit projects. Besides coordinating the application process, you will be busy with:

Active search: You will use various search techniques to quickly identify the right candidates Thinking along in recruitment strategy Telephone pre-screening interviews with potential employees Maintaining relationships with foreign agencies

Requirements

Independent, commercial and communicatively strong English language B1+
