The company offers a full service package (IT platform,project management, supplier management, communication support andcustomer support) and sees himself as a professional and highquality service, where consumers, community leaders and suppliershave benefited.

Functieomschrijving

We are searching for a new Customer Service Agent UK,who can write and read faultlessly in English. There is a SupportDesk in Amsterdam where customers from UK can ask their questions,either via email or call. It is intended that these emails arehandled carefully and properly in English. Of course you will get aproper training.

Your responsibilitiesare:

  • Customer contact via e-mail,chat and telephone;
  • You support customers in aprofessional and friendly manner;
  • You liaisebetween customers and suppliers to find an effective andcustomer-friendly solution;
  • You work togetherin a team and provide input and feedback on existingprocesses.

Functie-eisen
  • Professional Skill in English speaking andwriting;
  • Available for 32-40 hours per week,either parttime or fulltime is possible;
  • Customer friendly;
  • Living in or nearAmsterdam.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

A fun, educational and especially flexible full timejob in the heart of Amsterdam. You will work in a young andenthusiastic team who know each other in addition to working hours.You also receive various training courses. The gross wages are €13,50 per hour.
