Warehouse Team Lead, Venlo

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our team in Venlo, Netherlands, on a 1 year fixed-term contract potentially convertible to a permanent contract. This role is essential in administering and operating our warehouse, including the processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and a strong understanding of logistic processes.

Is this you?

You have at least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably with specialized education or training in logistics.

You have experience

Administering and operating warehouses, including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies.

Auditing goods received into the warehouse and overseeing receipt, storage, and shipment of materials.

Coordinating schedules for shipping and receiving materials.

Ensuring the effectiveness of operating procedures and space utilization.

Indirectly leading a team and supporting warehouse employees in daily operations.

You have an MBO degree or higher or equivalent

You are fluent in English

You possess strong leadership skills and are a team player.

You are stress-resistant , flexible, and able to collaborate with other departments.

You have good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP Oracle 11 is an advantage.

What will you do at Stryker?

Ensure end-to-end business processes in coordination with the supervisor.

Support warehouse employees in daily operations and help solve problems.

Report to the supervisor and communicate with Intercompany Order Management and the Transportation Team.

Work with the IS Team to improve system stability.

Divide tasks within the export team and control the flow of export shipments.

Contact the employment agency in case of employee absences.

Lead the team together with other warehouse coordinators.
