Engineering Project Manager

- Take full responsibility for theengineering and realization of power distribution projects in thedata center industry.
- Lead and superviseInterface and System Engineers, ensuring detailed engineering iscompleted within the project's scope.
- Ensurefunctional alignment between various designs and disciplines tomeet customer requirements.
- Oversee theengineering, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning ofpower distribution systems, including medium- and low-voltageswitchgear, transformers, power distribution units, and modularsolutions such as E-Houses and Skids.
- Act asthe technical point of contact for clients, advising them andensuring proper coordination between different designs andstakeholders.
- Work closely with the ProjectManager to ensure seamless integration of engineering with projectmanagement.
- Perform work from our office in TheHague, with regular visits to factories and project sites bothdomestically and internationally. This may include supervisingfactory tests, attending meetings with clients, and coordinatingsite work.
- Completed HTS (HBO) or TU (WO) degree inElectrical Engineering.
- At least 7 years ofexperience as a (Lead) Engineer in multidisciplinaryprojects.
- Hands-on experience with low- andmedium-voltage switchgear, transformers, short-circuit, andselectivity calculations.
- Familiarity withindustry standards such as IEC 61439.
- Provenability to prepare technical reports and testplans.
- Creative and positive attitude, with theability to communicate and encourage teammembers.
- Experience in creating and managingengineering and execution plans, and delivering projects on timeand within budget.
- Strong background inleading, managing, and coachingengineers.
- Strong communication skills,commercially astute, and capable of managing critical customerseffectively.
- Flexibility and willingness totravel for short business trips (domestic andinternational).
- Stress-resistant, able toperform under pressure in a dynamic workenvironment.
- Fluent in English, both spoken andwritten.
- Knowledge of the Dutch language is aplus.
- A competitive salary range of €5,500 to€7,000 gross per month, based on experience andqualifications.
