As a medicine operator, younaturally enjoy contributing to people's health. In addition, it isimportant that you:

  • Have experience asan operator or education in biology, laboratory technician orsomething similar;

So you start working as anoperator. But not just any operator. You help with the productionof liquid medicines. These medicines are used in the treatment ofcancer and Crohn's disease, for example. How wonderful is it thatyou can contribute to this?

As you probablyexpected, this is a very complicated process. I won't bore you withall kinds of technical terms, you will learn them later But assimple as possible: the process consists of different departments.The raw materials arrive frozen at the first department. These mustbe thawed carefully. So-called antibodies are then extracted fromthe raw materials. These antibodies are then cultured and finallychecked. And the beautiful thing? We will work with you todetermine which department suits you best And do you like variety?Then you can try to learn all the departments so that you can bescheduled more flexibly.

Together with the 2production assistants you manage, you have your own work area. Soyou don't end up working in a big, dirty production hall. No, atJohnson & Johnson everything is very neat and you work in cleanrooms, which are more like mini laboratories.
