Hearst Magazines Netherlands is een crossmediale uitgever waar 160 medewerkers samen met een extern netwerk van contentmakers, influencers en fotografen werken aan en voor (Internationale) topmerken werken als ELLE, Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, Women’s Health, Quote, National Geographic, Quest, Men’s Health en Runner’s World. Voor deze merken wordt toonaangevende en hoogwaardige betekenisvolle (branded) content gecreëerd die de doelgroep inspireert en in beweging brengt.

Over deze functie

Je maakt deel uit van ons financeteam van 10 collega’s. Je bent in deze functie medeverantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de “Invoice to Pay” en ‘Order to cash’ processen, zoals verkoopadministraties, crediteuren, declaraties en diverse aanverwante activiteiten.

Dit ga je in grote lijnen doen

Je stelt periodiek de financiële status van de onderneming op, op basis van de internationale doelstellingen en richtlijnen, Je bewaakt de opvolging van de geldende wet- en regelgeving (compliance) binnen de interne organisatie, Het zorgdragen en uitvoeren van een aantal verschillende verkoopadministraties conform wet- en regelgeving, Je bent een interne aanspreekpunt van een aantal verschillende verkoopprocessen en bijbehorend systeem, Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de juiste en volledige verantwoording van verschillende verkoopadministraties in de maand- en jaarafsluiting conform wet- en regelgeving, Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor de verkoopcontracten (finance gerelateerd) van een aantal verschillende verkoopprocessen, Daarnaast stel je interne rapportages op richting management.

Onze ideale kandidaat

Idealiter beschik je over:

HBO bachelor in de richting van bedrijfseconomie, economische administratie Bij voorkeur minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring Kennis van boekhoudsystemen (bij voorkeur Oracle) Goede communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels Proactieve en flexibele houding en kun je accuraat werken
