About the Job

As a part of the Regulatory Affairs team in Specialized Nutrition division, your focus will be on medical nutrition and pharma in adult portfolio .

Meet your future manager You’ll be reporting to Arendi Rosseel, Global Regulatory Affairs Director for Adult Healthcare .

Main responsibilities of this role:

Ensure the regulatory compliance of innovations (FSMP, pharma & food supplement) Ensure the regulatory compliance and drive superior claims in HCP (healthcare professionals) & patient communications such as detail aids, congresses, educational materials and FOP labelling Provide guidance on product registration/ notification for FSMP, pharma & food supplement Provide guidance on regulatory framework related to tenders & reimbursement and contribute to animate the global network in collaboration with market access Provide regulatory guidance on portfolio innovation/renovation (FSMP, pharma & food supplement) and business development Contribute and secure global category advocacy for Adult Category, including patient advocacy campaigns on Medical Nutrition & pharma and participate in all relevant internal and external forums of the category Provide actionable solutions and lead risk/opportunities mapping of proposed business strategies for Adult Healthcare and drive coordination with CBUs via the regulatory network Provide trainings to our internal stakeholders and contribute to animate the Regulatory Affairs Community Worldwide

It’s an exciting and challenging role where you will contribute to the business growth by ensuring compliance with regulations and Danone’s guidelines & policies, in a competitive way and by advocating for category awareness and penetration. The role has an international scope, requiring active involvement in a complex portfolio and an increasingly regulated environment with different regulatory authorities.

About You

About You

Education

You have a Master’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Regulatory Affairs, Food Law or Medical.

Functional competencies

At least 6 years of relevant experience with international regulatory affairs supporting product development, ideally in the healthcare or pharma industry Actual and in-depth knowledge about various international food law, ingredients and formulations, product communication and advertising in infant/toddler nutrition or healthcare area Ability to work cross-functionally within organization and communicate effectively to all stakeholders Ability to understand and assess regulatory risks & opportunities and the business impact Ability to bring new or alternative regulatory solutions for the business Capacity to drive independently Regulatory issues and take responsibility for decisions Ability to support dispute resolution and crisis management

General competencies

Strong analytical skills and business acumen Ambitious to deliver the best quality in a timely manner Ability to manage complexity several projects in parallel Strong influencing and communication skills inside and out
