De functie

***Stage start per 1 september 2024***

We zoeken een (aanstaand) product &business development talent die plezier haalt uit het ontwikkelen van nieuwe duurzame producten. In deze stage krijg je de mogelijkheid om hands-on ervaring op te doen in het productontwikkelingsproces. Je zult betrokken zijn bij alle fasen van de productontwikkeling, van concept tot lancering 

  • Marktonderzoek uitvoeren om trends en kansen te identificeren 

  • Product analyses  

  • Ideeën genereren voor nieuwe producten en duurzame verpakkingen 

  • Samenwerken met cross-functionele teams, waaronder Supply Chain en Marketing 

  • Bijdragen aan de documentatie en rapportage van het ontwikkelingsproces 

  • Deelnemen aan test- en evaluatieprocessen om producten te verbeteren 

  • Bijdragen aan de documentatie en rapportage van het productontwikkelingsproces 


Jouw profiel

  • Je volgt een HBO of WO-opleiding in de richting van Bedrijfskunde, Marketing of Commerciële economie 

  • Passie voor innovatie, productontwikkeling en duurzaamheid 

  • Je hebt ervaring met Excel 

  • Je bent in bezit van een rijbewijs B 

  • Je bent flexibel, zelfstandig en ondernemend: hands-on mentaliteit 

  • Je spreek/schrijft vloeiend Nederlandse en Engels 

  • Minimaal 5 maanden beschikbaar
