We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Head of Products ICS. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and setting up our new product domain, leading a team of product managers, and defining a future-proof product strategy and business development for both consumer and commercial products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shaping and setting up the new product domain, including leading a team of product managers
  • Defining and refining a future-proof product strategy and business development for both consumer and commercial products
  • Simplifying and optimizing the product portfolio to meet today's digital and customer demands
  • Ensuring adherence to local law and regulations
  • Leading the first line of defense for product compliance, risk models, and audit issues
  • Reaching a sustainable long-term financial performance by improving our cost/income ratio
  • Growing the consumer and commercial card base to reach its full potential
About You

We are looking for an experienced leader who has earned her/his spurs in the areas of payments and/or credit within a banking or financial organization or within consultancy in these areas. You should have a Master's degree and more than 15 years of experience in inspiring and developing expert teams and a proven track record with Credit/Payment Product Management in developing new products and building product strategies.
