About the Role

MR MARVIS is seeking an experienced Digital Product Director to drive the development of its digital experiences and take the company to the next level. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the company's digital product strategy, leading a multidisciplinary team, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a commercially driven digital product strategy that improves online business performance and enhances the seamless integration between online and offline channels.
  • Lead and develop the Digital Product Team, managing and mentoring a multidisciplinary team of product managers, UI/UX designers, and merchandisers.
  • Own the Digital Product Roadmap, defining, communicating, and executing the digital product roadmap to ensure timely delivery of new features and improvements.
  • Strategize development priorities, collaborating with the Technical Director, Head of E-Commerce, management, and other departments to prioritize development tasks that optimize conversion rates and enhance the user experience.
  • Oversee the UI/UX Design Process, driving the end-to-end design process from concept to execution to ensure that digital products are intuitive, engaging, and align with the brand identity.
  • Stakeholder Management, acting as the key liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and management, effectively translating business needs into actionable plans and a prioritized roadmap.
  • A/B Testing and CRO, leading the strategy and implementation of A/B tests to continuously improve conversion rates and overall website performance.
  • Digital Analytics, utilizing analytics tools to monitor website metrics, understand user behavior, evaluate A/B tests, and inform strategic decisions.
  • User Testing, overseeing user testing processes to gather critical insights for ongoing product and experience enhancements.
  • Develop and execute Merchandising Strategies, including content localization, to maximize product visibility, sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of Industry Trends, keeping abreast of the latest e-commerce and digital product trends, integrating best practices and innovative solutions to keep the company ahead of the curve.
