OfficeGrip levert Microsoft Clouddiensten met een vast team vanuit haar locaties in Amsterdam en Roosendaal aan klanten verspreid door bijna heel Nederland. Vanwege onze enorme groei zijn we op zoek naar meerdere Escalation Engineers om ons team te versterken.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een probleemoplosser en kunt goed zelfstandig werken. Je hebt de nodige ervaring opgedaan in support- en/of beheersfuncties en je vindt het leuk om problemen die je misschien nog nooit eerder hebt gezien aan te pakken en op te lossen. Je bent analytisch sterk en in staat met de je eigen kennis, onze middelen en interactie met je collega’s het probleem te identificeren, een oplossing te bedenken en te implementeren. Oplossingen voor structurele problemen breng je terug in onze diensten in de vorm van structurele verbeteringen. Je bent het escalatiepunt van de organisatie.

Functie-eisen:

MBO+ werk- en denkniveau;

Zeer goede kennis van Microsoft Office365 producten;

Je bent sociaal vaardig, analytisch en leergierig;

Initiatiefrijke en resultaatgerichte instelling.

Vaardigheid op het niveau van een productspecialist op één of meerdere van de volgende onderwerpen:

Netwerken: IP, DNS, WiFi, Switches;

Firewalls: Fortinet, VPN’s, Firewall management in het algemeen, Unified Threat Management in het algemeen;

Windows Server: 2012 R2, Server 2016, HyperV in het bijzonder;

System Center: Virtual Machine Manager, Operations Manager, Data Protection Manager, Service Manager, Orchestrator;

PowerShell: Service Management Automation (SMA), Desired State Configuration (DSC).
