Verleg jouw grenzen als Purchase Manager

Als Purchase Manager kom je te werken met bekende merken in categorieën als confectionary of spirits. Als nieuwe aanwinst krijg jij de verantwoordelijkheid over jouw eigen inkoopgebied. In deze rol ben je jaarlijks op 2-3 (internationale) beurzen en reis je naar leveranciers binnen Europa. Er komt een hoop op je af. Aan jou de taak om de prioriteiten te managen en de deadlines te bewaken. Je schakelt veel met de afdeling Fulfilment, Sales, Finance en Marketing om het gehele proces draaiende te houden. Daarnaast voeg je nieuwe leveranciers toe aan je eigen portfolio. 

Wat ga je allemaal doen?

  • Vanaf het moment dat jij alles onder de knie hebt, bepaal je samen met je manager de strategie voor jouw product-markt combinatie. Jij bepaalt zelf de leverancierskeuze en de gehele onderhandeling;
  • Je onderhoudt het klantcontact met bestaande leveranciers en probeert jouw netwerk uit te breiden door nieuwe relaties op te bouwen. In het begin heb je veel digitaal en telefonisch contact, maar uiteindelijk staan er ook regelmatig buitenlandse reizen op jouw agenda;

Functie-eisen

Dit ben jij

Jij hebt een commerciële mindset, bent ondernemend en je denkt graag buiten de lijntjes. Jouw motivatie is om snel door te groeien en zoveel mogelijk te leren binnen jouw team. Dit doe je enerzijds door veel vragen te stellen, en anderzijds door zelf op onderzoek uit te gaan. Je houdt ervan om grenzen te verleggen en jezelf continu uit te dagen

Jij:

  • hebt een afgeronde commerciële opleiding, op minimaal HBO-niveau
  • hebt circa 3-5 jaar ervaring opgedaan in een commerciële functie
  • bent handig met Excel en cijfermatig erg sterk
  • hebt een internationale ervaring
  • hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal en bij voorkeur de Nederlandse taal. Goede beheersing van een extra taal is een pré

  • Een maximaal salaris van € 4.909,- afhankelijk van jouw ervaring, plus een jaarlijkse vaste kerstbonus en een prestatieafhankelijke bonus
  • 25 vakantiedagen, en de mogelijkheid om 2 extra dagen te verdienen en 7 extra bij te kopen
  • Een reiskostenvergoeding voor maximaal 75 km enkele reis woon-werkverkeer of een thuiswerkvergoeding als je thuis werkt
