YOUR TASKS

Develop and implement effective campus recruiting strategies and campaigns to identify and attract top talent from universities and colleges. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleges and universities to ensure the talents are familiar with Arvato as an employer from the beginning of their studies  Plan and attend career and job fairs, networking events, industry conferences, and other recruiting events to promote Arvato as an employer of choice. Organizing and chairing the Learning Campus to ensure that talent is retained within the organization Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including college career centers, student organizations, and faculty, to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future positions. Conduct interviews with candidates, evaluate their qualifications and fit with the company culture Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and leaders to understand the needs and requirements of each department and align recruitment efforts accordingly. Continually improve and refine the campus recruiting process to ensure a highly effective and efficient program.

YOUR PROFILE

Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field. Strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies in recruitment, including social media and artificial intelligence The ability to develop and execute successful campus recruiting programs that result in high-quality hires. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary between €2.404,- and €3.867,-, and we top it off with a fully paid retirement plan, discounted gym memberships.
