KEY ACCOUNTS & LOGISTICS STAGIAIR(E)

DE STAGE
Als stagiair(e) op de Key Account & Logistics afdeling bij BESTSELLER houd je je bezig met de administratieve werkzaamheden vanaf het moment dat de order geplaatst wordt tot en met uitlevering van de goederen. Je vormt een belangrijke schakel in het gehele proces waarbij klantcontact centraal staat.

JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN ZULLEN BESTAAN UIT

Ondersteuning bieden bij administratieve werkzaamheden, bijvoorbeeld het beantwoorden van mails, het verwerken van manco’s, het versturen van orderbevestigingen. Klanten informeren over orderstatus en leveringen; Ondersteuning bieden in het verbeteren van processen zowel intern als extern en de daarbij behorende mogelijke oplossingen; Support bieden aan nieuwe businessmodellen, zoals het versnellen van het re-orderproces ter bevordering van de doorverkoop bij onze klanten; Diverse processen en projecten op de afdeling in kaart brengen en vastleggen.

PROFIEL

Je volgt een HBO- of MBO-opleiding gerelateerd aan bovenstaande werkzaamheden, bijvoorbeeld accountmanagement, bedrijfsadministratie, logistiek of international business; Je zoekt een meewerk stage waarbij je minimaal 4 dagen p/w mee kunt werken; Gemotiveerd, oog voor detail en een resultaatgerichte instelling; ‘Can do’-mentaliteit en in staat snel te leren; In staat snel relaties met klanten op te bouwen en te onderhouden; Je hebt een perfecte beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en schrift.

Je zult stagelopen bij een groot, internationaal modebedrijf, maar hebt wel alle vrijheid en mogelijkheden die een jong label kan bieden.

Houd jij van lekker uitslapen of ben je juist een vroege vogel? Bij ons kan het allebei. Je kunt namelijk tussen en starten. Jij bepaalt samen met jouw team hoe jij jouw 8 uur op werk indeelt.

En op vrijdag werken we 6 uur in plaats van 8
