As an Admin Support (Cloud), you will:
  • Assist with the day-to-day administration of CTO CCOE engagements and operations of the NSF.
  • Organize, schedule, and coordinate relevant meetings with stakeholders and customers.
  • Oversee the NSF service desk system and maintain an effective follow-up and/or reminder system for pending actions.
  • Collect, categorize, and track relevant information required for various tasks and projects by updating electronic filing systems.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for requests of varying nature directed to the CTO CCOE to ensure timely responses.
  • Assist on procurements to be done by the NSF to ensure service continuity.
  • Produce project data reports and dashboards for management.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • Practical experience working as part of multinational teams dealing with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of software packages, especially the Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Proven organization and coordination skills.
  • Experience working with online communication tools like MS Teams.
  • Experience in using PowerBI to analyze data and build dashboards.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and capacity to respond to changing needs.
  • Experience in service and project management duties.
  • Experience in budgetary and financial support duties.

You should possess the ability to:
  • Plan and execute the day-to-day administration of CTO CCOE engagements and operations of the NSF.
  • Effectively manage information by overseeing the NSF service desk system and coordinating timely responses and actions.
  • Develop expertise in areas such as data analysis and dashboarding, utilizing tools like Microsoft Power BI to interpret data and build dashboards for stakeholders or management.
