Wat ga je doen?

Als Corporate Recruiter bij BECIS | DIOR denk jij na over welke kandidaten we precies zoeken, waar we ze kunnen vinden en natuurlijk hoe we ze aan ons kunnen binden. De functie is uitdagend en continu in beweging omdat de markt nooit stilstaat. Zodra jij een geschikte kandidaat hebt gevonden, onderhoud jij het contact gedurende het hele traject. Van sollicitatiegesprek tot aan contractonderhandeling, jij bent erbij betrokken.

Maar dat is nog niet alles, want jij:

Werkt mee aan verschillende interne projecten die gaan over onderwerpen als recruitmentmarketing, referral recruitment en campus recruitment Houd je op strategisch niveau bezig met onze recruitmentprocessen en wervingsmethoden Zorgt ervoor dat het proces van sollicitatie tot aan onboarding soepel verloopt Hebt nauw contact met onze sales afdeling en teamleiders over mogelijke opdrachten voor onze kandidaten Helpt bij de organisatie van verschillende events zoals een Inhousedag, een kennismakingslunch en de kick-off dag voor onze nieuwe trainees Bent continu bezig met het uitbreiden en onderhouden van je netwerk

Wie ben jij?

Je bent op zoek naar een plek waar je voldoende de ruimte krijgt om je zowel op professioneel als persoonlijk vlak verder te ontwikkelen Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als recruiter, consultant of intercedent Je woont in de Randstad Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in zowel woord als geschrift Je hebt ervaring met het werven via jobboards, LinkedIn en andere platformen Je hebt een energieke en enthousiaste uitstraling en dit breng je over op anderen Je hebt een afgeronde hbo of wo opleiding Je bent beschikbaar voor 32-40 uur in de week

Wie is BECIS | DIOR?

BECIS | DIOR is een adviesbureau op het gebied van informatiemanagement, digitaal samenwerken en gebruikersadoptie. Wij helpen met name overheidsorganisaties bij het ontwikkelen van een visie op informatiemanagement tot de uitvoering ervan.
