Wie ben jij?
Jij bent kritisch en durft een manager uit te dagen over het profiel van nieuwe werknemers. Ook ben jij bereid om met kandidaten te spreken die op papier misschien niet voor de volle 100% passen. Jij denkt buiten de gebaande paden en geeft niet op, omdat jij blijft zoeken totdat jij de juiste persoon vindt die jouw nieuwe collega kan worden. Daarnaast;
- heb je minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in recruitment,
- heb je hbo werk- en denkniveau;
- ben je een netwerker, zowel on- als offline (bijvoorbeeld events) zoek jij actief contact met kandidaten.
Wat kun je van ons verwachten?
- Een salaris tussen € ,- en € ,- bruto per maand op basis 40 uur per week, afgestemd op jouw kennis en ervaring ,
- een leuke baan voor minimaal 4 dagen in de week, het aantal uur is bespreekbaar;
- een jaarcontract wat we daarna graag omzetten naar vast;
- een modern mobiliteitspakket met onkostenvergoedingen voor auto, fiets en openbaar vervoer;
- we zien elkaar ten minste 1x per week in Den Haag, de andere dagen werk je op locatie of vanuit je ingerichte thuiswerkplek;
- een super leuke functie binnen een organisatie die volop in beweging is
