Ben jij klaar om jouw carrière een vliegende start te geven bij een toonaangevend merk? Word Junior Brand Manager bij Sikkens en speel een sleutelrol in de merkontwikkeling van een iconisch professioneel verfmerk Bij ons krijg je de kans om te werken aan bekende merken zoals Sikkens en Polyfilla PRO, en maak je deel uit van een dynamisch en creatief team waar jouw ideeën en initiatieven gewaardeerd worden.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
Merkstrategie: Mede verantwoordelijk voor het vlaggenschipmerk Sikkens en de implementatie van de strategie. Daarbij ook verantwoordelijk voor het merk Polyfilla PRO. Jaarplan Marketing: Samenwerken met de senior brand manager en marketing manager aan het opstellen van het jaarlijkse marketingplan. Assortimentsbeheer: Beheren van het productassortiment, uitvoeren van analyses en beheren van de productlevenscyclus. Productontwikkeling: Verzamelen van marktinformatie en bijdragen aan nieuwe productontwikkelingsvoorstellen en -processen. Productlanceringen: Ontwikkelen van nieuwe productproposities en deze in de markt lanceren. Productcommunicatie: Bijhouden van alle productcommunicatie zoals prijslijsten, productbrochures, sales trainingen, etc. Marktanalyse: Analyseren van marktontwikkelingen op basis van marktonderzoek en deze inzichten gebruiken om ons marketingplan te optimaliseren. Verkoopcijfers en Campagnes: Proactief monitoren van verkoopcijfers en campagneresultaten en waar nodig acties afstemmen.Functievereisten:
Bachelor of Master in Marketing/Communicatie. Ervaring: starter tot 2 jaar in Marketing. Je bent sociaal, creatief, innovatief, analytisch en een echte teamspeler met uitstekende projectmanagement- en communicatieve vaardigheden. Beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.Wij bieden
