Business Operations Manager
Location: Amsterdam
At Storyteq, as part of ITG, we help brands scale their content production with innovative Martech solutions. As our business grows, we’re looking for a Business Operations Manager to improve operations and support our strategic goals.
As the business Operations Manager, Reporting to the COO, you will act as a key strategic partner to the executive team. Your role will focus on leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering data-driven insights that drive change and growth.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and execute cross-functional projects to enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
· Support the COO with strategic planning, tracking initiatives, and ensuring follow-through on key actions.
· Provide data analysis and insights to guide business decisions and optimize performance.
· Manage OKRs across teams to ensure alignment with company goals and track progress.
· Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key business metrics, especially SaaS-related data.
· Continuously improve internal processes to drive growth and operational success.
Qualifications:
· 4+ years of experience in business operations or strategy, preferably in SaaS or tech.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
· Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
· Clear and concise communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
· Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
