Job Description

The Dremel Digital Marketing Internship provides an exceptional opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of digital marketing while working in a supportive and dynamic learning environment. The successful candidate will work alongside our Senior Web Manager to support and enhance the web experience, as well as contribute to our Email Marketing program.

As an intern, you will receive on-the-job training and support to help you develop your skills in digital marketing, including areas such as SEO, PPC, and social media marketing. You will be involved in a range of strategic areas and responsibilities, including:

Support technology solutions key to web and email including ratings & reviews, commerce, and personalization. In collaboration with our digital group, blend analytics, user behavior, and UX best practices to develop strategies which deliver outstanding digital end user experiences throughout the conversion funnel. Support key web and email metrics to meet business objectives and stakeholders expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Web Management & Operations

Maintain timely content updates including copy, content, resources, video, and tools. Collaborate with designers to create compelling digital experiences that align with the brand style guidelines. Work with internal stakeholders on ways to improve the presentation of content on web pages. Ideate and document opportunities for improved web features and enhancements.

Web

Respond to and troubleshoot any issues in a timely manner, coordinating with development teams to ensure site stability. Ensure global compliance including topics such as accessibility, security, and data privacy.

Qualifications

A successful candidate is:

3rd/4th year bachelor Student in Marketing or Digital relevant field. Comfort in digital analytics and metric skills required (Google Analytics Preferred) Excellent organizational skills: able to create plans, manage multiple projects, work to deadlines with changing and competing priorities. Excellent in English both written and spoken.

Additional Information

We offer:

Diverse full-time internship in a challenging international work environment; Internship allowance up to €550,- per month); Extra monthly allowance of €450,- for accommodation (in case you have to move to The Netherlands); 12 holiday days + national holidays & company closings ( 1 week with XMAS)

Details:

Duration: 1 July 2025 – July 31, 2026; Level: Bachelor Student; Location: Breda - a cosy city in the province of North Brabant, 1 hour from big and international cities, like Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Antwerp.
