Ecommerce Growth Manager

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Growth Manager for an international FMCG organization. You'll be responsible for overseeing ecommerce operations in a distributor model focus environment over 48 countries. Additionally, you'll lead efforts to enhance content quality for retail platforms, including distribution pack shots, and work to optimize the digital shelves of our products.

BeschrijvingResponsibilities Ecommerce Growth Manager (Temporary)- Develop and execute strategies to drive net sales through ecommerce channels;
- Implement and manage retail media campaigns, with a focus on platforms like Amazon;
- Optimize traffic generation and conversion rates through paid media efforts;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective project management and execution;
- Enhance content quality for retail platforms, including distribution pack shots;
- Drive improvements in the health of our digital shelves to enhance visibility and sales;
- Set-up processes to grow ecommerce with our distributors;
- Balance responsibilities across 48 countries, with a focus on key markets;
- Hybrid role based in Rijswijk/Hoofddorp and remote, requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office.
We are looking for the following qualities:
- Proven experience in ecommerce management on international level, with experience with an distributor model environment;
- Working before in a corporate environment is a pre;
- Strong understanding of retail media and experience with platforms like Amazon;
- Proficiency in driving traffic and improving conversion rates through paid media efforts;
- Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and communication skill;
- Ability to connect ecommerce initiatives with broader digital marketing strategies;
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to travel to the office as needed;
- Data-driven & Agile mindset.
A salary indication between €4000 - €6000 gross per month based on 40 hours per week depending on your knowledge and experience.
